6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns accepted within 7 days for eligible items
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • Refunds processed within 7–10 business days after inspection

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed. Please request a return after delivery.

8. Warranty & Repairs

  • Most GENINDIA products come with a 1-year manufacturing warranty.
  • Warranty covers structural defects, not physical damage or misuse.
  • Repairs or replacements will be assessed case-by-case.
