❌ No Return Policy
All our furniture items are non-returnable once delivered and accepted in good condition. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after delivery, as each product is made and packaged with utmost attention to detail.
Please ensure that you carefully review all product details, dimensions, colors, and finishes before placing your order.
⚠️ Damaged or Defective Products
While returns are not accepted, we understand that rare issues can occur during transit or manufacturing. In such cases, we’re here to help — but with clear verification requirements.
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- An unboxing video is compulsory for any claim related to damage, defect, or missing parts. Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
- Share clear photos and videos showing the damage or defect along with the unboxing footage.
- Our team will verify and offer a replacement, repair, or refund (if applicable) based on the inspection.
🚚 Return Pickup (If Applicable)
If a replacement or pickup is approved for damaged or defective items, GENINDIA will arrange pickup from your location (subject to service availability in your PIN code). You may be asked to self-ship the item securely packed in original packaging.
💰 Refunds (For Eligible Cases Only)
- Refunds are processed only in cases of verified damage, defect, or incorrect delivery supported by unboxing proof.
- Refunds (if approved) will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
🧾 Order Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed and processing begins, it cannot be cancelled. Custom or made-to-order furniture cannot be cancelled at any stage of production.
