📦 1. Shipping Coverage
We deliver across most major cities and towns in India. To check delivery availability in your area, enter your PIN code at checkout or contact our support team.
⏱️ 2. Shipping Timeframes
Standard Products:
- Dispatched within 3–7 business days
- Delivered within 7–14 business days
Made-to-Order / Custom Products:
- Dispatched within 10–15 business days
- Delivered within 15–21 business days
Note: Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, product type, or logistics conditions. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your item is shipped.
💰 3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹10,000
- For orders below ₹10,000: Shipping charges (₹199–₹799) may apply based on product size & location
- Cash on Delivery (COD): COD fee may apply (₹99–₹199), available for select PIN codes only
🛠️ 4. Assembly
- Most GENINDIA furniture is easy to assemble with included guides and tools.
- For selected items, professional assembly service is available in supported cities (free or chargeable depending on the product).

📦 5. Packaging & Handling
- All items are packed with multi-layer protection to prevent damage during transit.
- We use trusted logistics partners to ensure safe delivery.
🔄 6. Missed Deliveries & Reattempts
- If you miss the delivery attempt, our courier partner will re-attempt up to 2 more times.
- If undelivered after multiple attempts, the item may be returned to our warehouse.
- Please ensure your phone number and address are accurate and reachable.
⚠️ 7. Delivery Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Strikes or national holidays
- Remote or hard-to-reach areas
- Pandemic or regulatory restrictions
In such cases, we’ll keep you informed via email/SMS.
❗ 8. Shipping Damage or Issues
In the rare case that your product arrives damaged or with missing parts:
- Report it to us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share photos/videos of the issue for quick resolution
- We’ll offer a replacement, repair, or refund as per our Return Policy
